Jason has 30 years' financial markets experience and is Managing Partner of Liverpool Street Capital Advisors, a City-based corporate finance advisory firm. He advises on investment grade and sub investment grade residential and commercial property transactions, in both public and private finance markets. Previous roles include Family Office and Housebuilder CEO, PwC Corporate Finance Partner, Head of Financing Advisory at Investec Investment Bank and Global Structured Finance at Natwest Markets and National Australia Bank. 

Jason has extensive experience of risk, credit and investment committees and provided written and oral testimony as an expert witness in US$2.2Bn ICC Arbitration proceedings.
