Customer Committee Update

We are pleased to announce the formation and establishment of our first Customer Committee, following a high response rate to invite to join in November. 

The application and interview process has resulted in 7 of our customers have been invited to join the Customer Committee. It will be a formal committee of the Heylo Housing Registered Provider Board giving our customers direct access to speak and inform our strategic and operational activities at the highest governance level.

The appointed come from all over England and Wales, living in both houses and flats across a wide range of developments and housebuilders. This means there will be representation across our wider customer base.

Our new Committee members will have an induction, so that they can better understand their role and discuss how we can achieve the best outcomes for our customer’s needs, with our first meeting taking place within the next month.

The Customer Committee will be invited to comment upon and inform on other customer engagement activities in which we can further benefit from our customers input. 

In the coming months, we look forward to sharing more details through our newsletters on our new Customer Committee members and their considerations, as well as opportunities for customer engagement activities and how you can get involved in the future.
