Tom Nicholson
Tom is a member of both the HHRP Board and Remuneration, Nominations and Culture Committee.
A seasoned executive in the housebuilding sector with over 35 years’ industry experience, Tom has particular expertise in development risk analysis, place making, with deep industry knowledge of mixed tenure developments, and ensuring tenure blind, high quality design is embedded in a company’s land acquisition strategy, implementation and optimisation, product development and pricing across the UK.
Tom’s last role was as Chief Operating Officer and Board director at Crest Nicholson Plc where he effected a major strategic turnaround. Previously Tom was Divisional Chairman at Linden Homes on the Executive Board of Galliford Try plc and has held positions at Try Homes, Berkeley Homes and Trafalgar House.
Alongside his role as non-executive director at Heylo, Tom is a senior advisor to Outra and HarperCrewe.
