Tim is Heylo’s Director of Public Sector Engagement, sits on the HHRP board and is the Executive responsible for complaints. Tim is also Interim Chair of the Customer Committee.
Within his role as Director of Public Sector Engagement Tim is responsible for managing key relationships with Government, Homes England and the Regulator of Social Housing, as well as local authorities across the country.
Tim is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years experience in residential property, over twenty of which have been spent working in affordable housing. Tim runs Foundations Advisory, a consultancy business providing support across the Living sector in areas including governance, strategy, regulation, communications and product development.
Tim has previously held a number of senior executive and non executive roles with registered providers across the country.
