- Strategic aims and objectives
- Performance against key metrics, including customer satisfaction
- Internal control, risk and risk appetite
- The approval of significant contracts and expenditure
- Any changes to board membership and structure
Heylo Housing Group Limited (HHGL)
Heylo Housing Group Limited is the parent company within the structure. Its Board is responsible for overseeing strategic decisions and significant operational matters across the Group as a whole. The Board also has responsibility for the risk profile of the entire organisation and ensures that an adequate system of internal control is in place.
