Grant Position

Heylo Housing currently does not have any grant funding allocated from Homes England or any other funding bodies. Due to our status as an unregistered provider, grant arising from relevant transactions is repaid rather than recycled at final staircasing. 

Within our portfolio, 3,486 homes have historic grant funding attached from programmes including the Shared Ownership Affordable Homes Programme (SOAHP), Affordable Homes Programme (AHP), Oxfordshire funding, and the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA). 

However, a significant proportion of our homes are not grant funded, having been delivered through alternative mechanisms such as Section 106 affordable housing obligations and private shared ownership arrangements. 

At present, Heylo Housing is not eligible to apply for funding under the current Homes England Affordable Homes Programme.
