Wendy Colgrave
Wendy Colgrave has over 30 years’ experience at Board level in housebuilding with extensive strategic and financial leadership experience. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of This Land Ltd. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of Countryside Properties PLC and Independent Non-Executive Director of Orbit Homes Ltd. Wendy is a fellow member of the ICAEW.
Wendy is a corporate leader with a wealth of strong financial, governance, risk management and assurance expertise. Her experience includes working with housing associations, registered providers, joint venture partners, funders and investors at both executive and non-executive board level. As Chief Financial Officer, she led several M&A transactions including corporate acquisition, management buyout, debt for equity swap and sale of company to a private equity investor.
