1.625% INFLATION-LINKED 10-YEAR STERLING SECURED BONDS
Interest of 1.625% per annum will be paid semi-annually on the adjusted nominal value on 31 March and 30 September each year starting 31 March 2019 until maturity. Therefore as the adjusted nominal value increases with inflation then so do the interest payments.
The Bonds are listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and trading on the London Stock Exchange’s regulated market and through the Order book for Fixed Income Securities.
At any time during the life of the Bonds, investors are permitted to sell the Bonds (within market hours and in normal market conditions) on the open market through their stockbroker.
